My recipe box

Cooking is such a joy, a practice shared by people around the world, and has always been my way of discovering new cultures. My desire is that these recipes, which are inspired by the places I've lived and worked around the world, will maybe take you out of your comfort zone just a bit as you try new techniques, ingredients, and flavors. For me it's never just about the recipe but about the people and places they came from, and I hope you'll read those stories and maybe share them with those you cook for creating your own culinary conversations, and bringing us all a little closer together.
